2022 sees the addition of the Henry Lawson Festival – LEGENDS Concert on Sunday 12 June at the Grenfell Showground. Gates open 12 noon.

The Festival committee wishes to bring the community and visitors together for an afternoon of pure escapism into the world of musical entertainment. This event will be staged to celebrate how communities can once again get together to celebrate and enjoy the experience of live entertainment.

We have engaged the world acclaimed James Morrison to provide that big draw card performance to make sure your Sunday afternoon is a truly memorable occasion.

The Wolfe Brothers will kick off the afternoon of musical entertainment from 1:30pm and are keen to perform at the 2022 Henry Lawson Festival and are sure to have you tapping to their tunes.

This is a licenced event with food and drinks available for purchase, so please NO BYO. Please remember to bring your chairs and picnic blankets.

IMPORTANT: With limited to no car parking availability and for patrons safety and convenience, we will run a shuttle bus services to and from the venue for a simple gold coin donation.

VIP Tickets

Includes seating in a priority position with personal access to the VIP area in the Showground Pavilion for drinks and a courtesy single serve catering box of specialty cheeses with a selection of savoury crackers.

SHUTTLE BUS – HENRY LAWSON FESTIVAL CONCERT

Residents and guests are advised that a shuttle bus will be in operation on Sunday 12 June from 11.30am to pick up Henry Lawson Festival Concert Attendees from around Grenfell and transport them to the Grenfell Showground.
The Bus will stop at:
– Melyra/ Short Street
– Weddin and Camp Street
– South and Forbes Street
– Grenfell Railway Station
For those with mobility issues there will be a Community Transport pick up point at East Street, Guide Hall running every 20 minutes from 12 – 1 on Sunday.
